⚙️ Production Process & Key Features
1. Water, oil and others are heated and mixed in Liquid and Oil Pots.
2. Materials are sucked into the emulsifying pot by a vacuum system.
3. Stirred by both center blade and side scraper, then processed in the cut-off mixing unit.
4. Materials are crushed into small pellets of 200um~2um.
5. Finished products are pumped out via the discharge system.
6. Cover can be lifted by a hydraulic/electrical system for easy cleaning.
7. Vacuum effect eliminates bubbles generated during the mixing process.
8. High-quality SUS316L material used for contact parts, mirror polished to GMP standards.
