Oil Pot & Water Pot: Pre-heat and disperse raw materials before transferring to the main pot.

Vacuum & Heating: Water seal vacuum pump and electric heating rod jacket system for efficient temperature control.

2. How long is the machine warranty?
Our warranty is one year. After the warranty period, we provide lifetime after-sales service and technical support to solve any equipment issues.
3. How is the quality controlled before delivery?
Component providers test parts before supply. Additionally, our quality control team tests machine performance and running speed before shipment. We also provide testing videos to our clients.
4. Are the machines difficult to operate?
No, our machines feature a "fool-style" operation design that is very easy to use. We provide instructional videos and can send engineers for onsite installation and staff training if needed.
5. Can machines be customized?
Yes, OEM is acceptable. Most of our machines are customized based on specific customer requirements or production situations.
6. How are products discharged?
Products can be discharged via a bottom butterfly valve using SUS316L stainless steel piping, or by using a pump for rapid discharge of high-viscosity materials.
